The Problem

Finding reliable in-home care for elderly family members is fragmented, opaque, and stressful. Families have no easy way to discover vetted caregivers nearby, no visibility into what happens during a visit, and no structured way to communicate care needs. Caregivers, on the other hand, lack a professional platform to build their practice and manage their schedule. This marketplace solves both sides of that equation.

Smart Matching

Caregivers are ranked by zip code proximity first, then by skill and task overlap with the family's specific care needs — ensuring results are always nearby and highly relevant.

Verified Caregivers

Caregivers upload license and certification during onboarding. Verification happens before they appear in any family's search results, ensuring trust on both sides.

Real-Time Transparency

Families get live session updates — arrival time, task-by-task completion, and downloadable photo/video proof uploaded by the caregiver. Green status indicators confirm each completed task.

Family creates an account with name, email, phone, and zip code.

4-step intake: who needs care, patient age, mobility level, and specific tasks required (meals, bathing, toileting, etc.).

Smart Matching

System surfaces recommended caregivers sorted first by zip code proximity, then by skill and task overlap with the family's needs.

Book & Pay

Family reviews caregiver profile (availability, languages, experience), selects a time window, and completes payment.

Live Session Tracking

Real-time updates during the visit — arrival time, task completion status, and downloadable proof uploaded by the caregiver.

Caregiver Journey

Caregiver enters basic info, role (e.g., Registered Nurse), and uploads license/certification for instant verification.

Profile Setup

Adds years of experience, specialties, languages, and availability windows.

Live Dashboard

Onboarded caregivers see new care requests appear in real time.

Accept & Start

Caregiver accepts or declines requests. Confirmed visits move to their schedule. They click 'Start Session' to begin.

Task Completion & Proof

For each required task, the caregiver uploads a photo or video as proof of completion. Once all tasks are done, they complete the session.
